Chrono Therapeutics Inc. receives notification from the European Patent Office that an additional key patent for CHRONODOSE™ has been granted. This new patent grant affirms the novelty of CTI’s technology and believes it will considerably reduce any potential risk to the CTI group.

Pre-Clinical and In Vitro Trials
In vitro trials conducted at our in-house laboratory facilities in preparation for our first human trial were successful. We also conducted and continue to conduct a substantial amount of our pre-clinical work at the University of Basel, Switzerland Pharmacenter.
We have a key strategic relationship with a world leading formulation and pre-clinical drug delivery company in San Francisco, California to conduct work on our additional drug products.
These additional chrono pharmacological drug products target therapeutic markets that collectively exceed over $80 billion.
CTI has conducted highly successful and rigorous in-vitro pre-clinical trials at our laboratory in southern NJ for two of our follow on drug products. CTI had implemented rigorous in-house product development programs at these lab facilities.
CTI, in preparation for our in vitro clinical trials has conducted highly successful and stringent quality control tests on ChronoDose’s™ key components. Our in-house programs have also encompassed in vitro and pre-clinical validation testing and micro-engineering optimization of ChronoDose™ subcomponents.
