Chrono-Pharmacological Drug Products for Next-Generation Therapies

Company

Chrono Therapeutics Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical and product pipeline company focused on the development, commercialization and manufacture of Chrono-Pharmacological drug-products utilizing our proprietary transdermal drug delivery platform-ChronoDose™. CTI is committed to making available “smart”, next-generation market-leading drug products to help patients live fuller, healthier lives.

History

CTI, A Delaware Company, was founded by Guy DiPierro and began operations in 2004. CTI partnered with the University of Basel, Switzerland, and two other Swiss Universities and secured exclusive rights to intellectual property broadly protecting its field that was created by the University of Basel, including know-how, trade-secrets. CTI engaged the Universities initially in rapid prototyping and pharmacokinetics, and supports an aggressive, ongoing R&D program with the Swiss Universities on CTI’s behalf. CTI then moved to expand this core intellectual property portfolio through its own aggressive R&D and partnerships with its leading outsourced strategic partners.

CTI’s outsources much of its activities to our world leading partners. Its principal executive offices and device development is located in southern NJ with a portion of its pharmacokinetic and formulation R&D conducted at the University of Basel in Switzerland and at a private, cutting edge laboratory facility in San Francisco managed by transdermal formulation experts.

Future Goals

CTI’s patented Chrono-Pharmacology focused device will help ease patient suffering, ensure compliance with proper dosing regimens and decrease potential for substance abuse. We are changing the way doctors approach certain therapies, and are bringing to market patient-tailored optimized drug products.

We seek to keep families together longer, help children fulfill their potential, improve the quality of life for the elderly, and move patients towards healthier, fuller and happier lives.
